Winchester Annual American and Continental O Gauge Exhibition

Saturday October 17th 2026

10am-4pm at Kings School, Kings Drive, off Romsey Road Winchester SO22 5PN

The 2026 exhibition is 90% together now and looking very good. We’re in for an excellent show. We’ve got a new large 5-road test track including 2 and 3 rail coarse sale. Also runs DCC, but you need to bring your own power supply for DCC. The usual 5-tracks of European tinplate will be large as life as usual. Every year this is a wonderful display

Besides those are US Lincoln Boulevard, the German layout, Bad Obing, Paul Stanford’s new Croatian layout, Port Valda, Lionel and a Southampton school Lionel, Marx etc layout—it’s vital we encourage young guys! There may be another layout or two.

Several traders are already booked , one or two society stands, the Bring and Buy—-and of course the COOKED BREAKFAST and other stunning refreshments!

If you wish to exhibit you’re welcome —layout, trade, society, display, modelling demo—we’ve not had a demo for years. There’s still some space left. And plenty for 2027 if I can’t fit you in this year.

And for the BIG 2027 40th Anniversary we’ve got lots of layouts lining up, even a Japanese layout —maybe I’d better not promise anything quite as elaborate as this —but you get my drift!

We need helpers for the day please. As I have walking difficulties, would anyone be prepared to help me control setting up on the day?
